Here’s how we got started!

Erica spent over 10 years in the corporate world, including a surprising stint as a school principal in Guam—can you imagine? After that, she continued working in the corporate space, but as a military spouse, she soon realized how tough it is to find stable jobs when you’re always moving around. So, she took matters into her own hands and decided to start a business she could take with her wherever life led. That’s how she launched her digital marketing agency, working with clients all over the world, from Sweden to Los Angeles.

Jenn had the same idea! After over 20 years in the corporate world and many years of being a social media marketing coach, she decided to turn her passion into a full-fledged business. We actually met while training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (trust is crucial on the mats!), and that’s when we decided to team up.

Now, after nearly three years of working together, we’ve helped businesses rebrand, find their voice, and even helped a construction company become the top business in town. It’s been an exciting ride, and we’re just getting started!

Erica Guilliot started VIRGOVA LLC in 2022 with one main goal: to help businesses grow using creativity and real marketing. After seeing many business owners struggle to find the time and know-how to market their brands, Erica decided to use her passion for creativity to help them out. She loves bringing brands to life and helping them reach their full potential, which is why she started VIRGOVA.

With a Master’s Degree in Business, Erica understands what it takes to run a successful business. She has worked with many businesses, helping them get real results like filling up their schedules and booking more clients.

Her approach is simple, which is to show the human side of the business. When people feel connected to a brand, they’re more likely to love it. Erica believes that creating genuine and relatable content is key to building strong, lasting relationships with your audience.

Besides running VIRGOVA, Erica is also an adjunct professor in business and marketing. She shares her knowledge and helps future marketers succeed. Her experience in both teaching and running businesses makes her the perfect person to help companies navigate the fast-changing world of digital marketing.
