Erica started VIRGOVA LLC in 2022 with one clear goal: to help businesses grow by using creativity and real marketing. Before this, she was a school principal, corporate trainer, and a business & marketing adjunct professor. She saw many business owners struggle to find the time or the right way to market their brands. That’s when she decided to use her love for creativity to help them.
Erica has a Master’s Degree in Business and knows what it takes to run a successful company. She’s helped lots of small and medium businesses get real results—like filling their schedules and booking more clients.
Her secret? Showing the real, human side of the business. When people connect with a brand on a personal level, they start to love it. Erica believes honest, relatable content is the key to building strong and lasting relationships with your audience.
